I don't have anything to put on my list, but SWMBO keeps bugging me for ideas.
I need cool stuff to ask for, especially that the kids can afford. anybody seen any cool stuff in the $5 - $10 range?
If you have no ideas for me then maybe post your wishlist, and I can steal some of your ideas...

two really terrific sites to find a wide range of prices for great gardening gifts are gardeners.com and leevalleytools.com. the second one has tools and woodworking items as well as gardening stuff. go browse and make your list!!
i recommend highly the two-handled garden buckets (all sizes) -- so useful. lee valley offers the fabulous "Gloves in a Bottle" lotion that really helps for cleaning up after mucking about in the dirt, and wonderful nylon surgical brushes to scrub extra-dirty hands. another great product is the brick clips, set of four for $10, i believe. handy if you want to hang anything from a brick wall. lots of shop gadgets also. have fun browsing!

You can get nitrile gloves for under $10 in cool funky colors! I want a good pair of Felcos- am sick of the cheap ones and I also need better lights to start my seeds with. My rigged set up is definitely not working too well anymore.

I don't know how to add links, so I'll cut and paste and anyone interested will probably have to do the same. For those who like the nitrile gloves, check out this ebay site. They have them in groups of 6 pair or 12 pair and in sm, med. and lar. You can also specify color of you want. I bought from them a couple of months ago and these aren't knock off gloves, they're the real thing. Great, great gloves that still give you a good feel while keeping your hands dry, protected, and clean. On cold days, I wear a pair of Foxgloves inside of them. It's SO nice to be able to just pull on a new pair of gloves if I get a pair wet. They wash great as well. cgi.ebay.com/12-PAIR-of-ATLAS-NITRILE-TOUCH-GARDEN-GLOVE-DOZ-MEDIUM_W0QQitemZ280433714253QQcmdZViewItemQQptZLH_DefaultDomain_0?hash=item414b26e44d#ht_1234wt_989
